We are looking to hire a full-time employee for Doña Leonor.
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in a quick casual dining setting
- At least 1 year of experience in bussing
- At least 1 year of experience in food running
- At least 1 year of experience in expo
- At least 1 year of experience in serving
- Bartending experience preferred but not required
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to bend, squat, and stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs overhead
Compensation & Benefits:
- $13.00/hour + tips
- No service charges included
- Projected hours: 32-40 hours per week depending on business needs
- PTO available after 1 full year with the company
- Up to 3% 401(k) match after 90 days
