Continental Medical's Hair Solutions program provides Jon Renau cranial prosthesis for patients facing cancer, alopecia, and other hair loss conditions. We're looking for a compassionate, sales-minded Cranial Prosthesis Fitter and sales Specialist to guild patients through wig selection and fitting, process insurance reimbursement, and help grow this program through referral partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one cranial prosthesis fitting and consultations
- Guild patients through product selection (synthetic, human hair and monofilament cap wigs, toppers)
- Educate patients on wig care and maintenance
- Process insurance verification and Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) documentation
- Build referral relationships with oncology practices, dermatologists and support groups
- Represent the Hair Solutions program at community and healthcare events
