CONSOL Mining Company LLC (Canonsburg, PA) to be responsible for delivering the work assigned in the Quote to Cash, Behavior Based Safety and OnBase application maintenance and administration; delivering the IT application changes which includes fixing defects in application, enhancements and supporting them after Go-Live; utilizing various technologies, such as Oracle, Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, SQL Server, C#, ASP.NET; requirement collection; high level design; detailed design; system testing and integration testing; User Acceptance Testing; application implementation; application support; and research and analysis. Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT/IS or directly related field. Must have five (5) years of prior progressively responsible work experience in the position offered or related. Must know (through academic training or work experience) managing the IT application changes including fixing defects in application, enhancements requested by businesses, and supporting them after Go-Live; changing and supporting for the applications across the IT landscape including Mainframe, Java, Web Methods, Dot Net, and SAP technologies; collaborating with business and various cross functional application and infrastructure teams and bridging the gap between IT and business teams; Oracle SQL and PL/SQL; effective design, writing and deployment of Oracle database tables, views, packages, triggers; modern programming languages Java, C++, Python, .NET; designing robust and scalable system architectures; applying understanding design patterns, microservices, and the ability to work with both monolithic and distributed systems; DevOps tools and methodologies, including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD), infrastructure as code, and automated testing and deployment pipelines; complex data structures and algorithms such as optimizing search algorithms, sort algorithms, hash tables, trees, and graphs for various applications; designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting enterprise software applications using Oracle and other relational databases to support operational and financial business processes; developing and maintaining database-driven and form-based enterprise applications, including Oracle Forms and Oracle Reports, with backend logic implemented using SOL and PUSOL; analyzing business requirements and collaborating with functional stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs, database models, process flows, and solution specifications; designing and supporting system integrations between applications using batch processing, file transfers, and APls, ensuring reliable data exchange across systems; application testing, deployment, and production support, including troubleshooting application, data, and performance issues, conducting root-cause analysis, and implementation of long-term fixes; supporting applications operating in environments governed by IT General Controls (ITGC) and SOX compliance requirements, working within formal change management, access control, and audit processes; Unix/Linux environments and shell scripting to support batch jobs, automation tasks, application deployments, and operational monitoring; Oracle RDBMS; Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI); systems integration using batch processing.
