• Drive Utility Activations: Manage utility requests end-to-end via phone, email, web portals, and fax to schedule start/stop dates and confirm account details.
• High-Volume Communication: Place outbound calls to utility providers (spending ~90% of your day engaging with providers) to research and resolve incomplete requests, property liens, balance inquiries, and inspection needs.
• Problem Resolution & Payment Management: Swiftly navigate obstacles, resolve urgent account issues, and utilize authorization to issue payments and settle account balances.
• Multi-Tasking Excellence: Efficiently manage high workflows and handle multiple utility requests across complex software systems - even while on hold.
• Client & Partner Engagement: Maintain direct, professional correspondence with brokers and provide clear, accurate updates to clients via Conservice software notes and messaging.
• Master Complex Workflows: Quickly adapt to unique client methodologies by navigating multiple databases, programs, and client documents simultaneously.

• Tech-Savvy & Computer Navigation: Strong ability to navigate multiple systems, web portals, and software programs quickly and accurately.
• Adaptability & Resilience: Ability to maintain composure, high accuracy, and strong workflow under shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: Great attention to detail with an eager, solution-oriented approach to resolving complex property issues.
• Team Player: Self-motivated to work independently while remaining a collaborative team member.
• Growth-Oriented: A strong desire to learn Conservice software systems and continuously develop new skills.
