What You Bring as a Regional Manager You’re a strong communicator and a strategic thinker who leads with purpose. You bring:
- 5+ years of affordable housing management experience, including LIHTC, Section 8, or HUD compliance.
- 2+ years of supervisory experience with training, performance management, and staffing.
- Knowledge of budgets, NOI, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Yardi Voyager experience preferred.
- Certifications such as COS, LIHTC, or STAR preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred; high school diploma/GED required.
- Flexibility for regional travel for site visits, inspections, and meetings.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Build relationships – engage with agencies, investors, and internal departments to strengthen collaboration and transparency.

Work schedules may include Saturdays, based on property performance needs such as occupancy levels, leasing activity, and rent collections.
