Complete Labor & Staffing has partnered with a leading manufacturer of engineered building components in the New Bedford area and is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join a growing production team. This is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career with a well-established manufacturer serving residential and commercial construction projects throughout New England. Responsibilities: ? Assemble structural building components using hand and power tools ? Move raw materials and finished products throughout the production facility ? Load completed products for shipment ? Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment (where applicable) ? Maintain quality standards while meeting production goals ? Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean work area ? Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment Available Shift: 2nd Shift ? Monday-Thursday: 2:30 PM - 1:00 AM ? Friday: 2:30 PM - 8:00 PM ? Saturday: As needed Qualifications: ? Reliable transportation and excellent attendance ? Strong work ethic and positive attitude ? Ability to perform physically demanding work in a manufacturing environment ? Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the shift ? Manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or forklift experience is preferred, but motivated candidates are encouraged to apply?we are willing to train ?
