Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and lead recreational activities that promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment for all residents.
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure activities meet the needs and interests of residents.
- Assist in organizing special events and outings.
What We’re Looking For:
- A compassionate and patient individual with a positive attitude.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Creativity and enthusiasm for planning diverse activities.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
