Maintenance Mechanic

About the Role

Complete Building Services is hiring an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to join our team in Bethesda, MD. Must have commercial office building experience - building operations. CBS provides team coverage Monday through Friday between the hours of 6:00 am and 6:00 pm and Saturdays 6:00 am to 2:00 pm. Salary $29.00 per hour, plus overtime if required.

The typical day will go something like this:

• Perform preventative and general maintenance on a scheduled basis
• Conduct daily building/equipment tours
• Perform other duties as assigned

You Should Have

• High School Diploma
• Driver's License
• Minimum 3 years experience in commercial building maintenance
• Computer skills a must
• Flexible to working between 6am and 6pm
• Basic knowledge mechanical, electrical and plumbing
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance on various types of equipment
• Must be familiar with pumps, AHU's, hot water boilers, exhaust fans, etc.
• Dependable and reliable
