Complete Building Services (CBS) is a Washington, DC-based facilities management and maintenance company providing operations, maintenance and repair of world-class facilities since 1963 in the Mid-Atlantic Region. Our technical experts deliver cost-effective services for a variety of facility types, including company headquarters, government and commercial office space, educational facilities, hospitals, laboratories, religious institutions, hotels, condominiums, and foreign embassies. We have Facilities Management, Operations & Maintenance, HVAC Services and Energy Management/Building Automation Systems contracts with over 250 clients in Maryland, Virginia, and DC, totaling over 45 million square feet of space.
