The Home Health Aide at Compassionate Community Care is responsible for providing non-medical support and assistance to clients in their homes. Homemakers help maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment for clients who may be elderly, disabled, or otherwise in need of assistance with daily living tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and general assistance to clients.
- Assist with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
- Support clients in meal planning and preparation, with attention to nutrition.
- Assist in grocery shopping and household budgeting.
- Support personal hygiene and grooming needs as appropriate.
- Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the clients home environment.
- Observe and report any changes in client condition to the supervisor.
- Maintain accurate records of services provided.
