Elementary Teacher (Grades 3-4) Community Christian School Location: Community Christian School - Fort Dodge, Iowa Job Type: Full-time Teacher Schedule: School-year position
Community Christian School is seeking a caring and motivated Elementary Teacher for Grades 3-4 to join our Christ-centered learning community. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching upper elementary students and supporting both their academic and spiritual growth.
Responsibilities:
- Teach core subjects for students in Grades 3-4
- Create a positive, structured, and engaging classroom environment
- Integrate Christian values into daily instruction
- Assess student progress and communicate with parents
- Collaborate with staff and participate in school activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Teaching certification or ability to obtain certification preferred
- Experience with upper elementary students preferred
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Commitment to Christian education and the mission of Community Christian School
Faith Requirement:
- A personal commitment to Jesus Christ and agreement with the mission and values of Community Christian School
- Ability to model Christian character and integrate faith into classroom instruction
- Applicant must agree with the school's Statement of Faith.
Schedule:
