** I. Overview of Position**
** **
Performs basic and routine maintenance and construction activities by assignment to include all programs and locations of CommQuest Services.
** II. Essential Job Functions / Responsibilities**

A.
Adhere to agency policies and procedures.
B.
Participate in department, staff, and agency meetings and functions as required.
C.
Performs basic and routine facilities maintenance, construction, and preventative and repair tasks according to service, quality, and safety standards amongst all facilities, as assigned by ticketing and/or supervisor with the direction of Tech II.
D.
Assists with miscellaneous facility projects; painting, carpentry, drywall, fixture installation, and moving materials and furniture within (or between) facilities with the direction of Tech II.
E.
Conducts routine inspections of premises and equipment at all CommQuest Services locations.
F.
Work overtime when emergencies arise, as designated by Supervisor.
