Job Title: Shipping & Receiving Associate (Full-time) Position Summary The S&R Associate will be responsible for receiving items used in the manufacturing of ColdSnap products and shipping finished products and other materials. This position will coordinate with carriers and internal departments to keep material flow moving without delays Principal Duties & Responsibilities ? Pick, package, prepare, and dispatch products and materials. ? Coordinate carrier pick-ups. ? Assist in the loading and unloading of trucks and other vehicles. ? Receive, inspect and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders, document discrepancies, and store goods in the correct locations. ? Utilize ERP software and other programs to create, update, and manage shipping labels, manifests, specifications, and other relevant documentation. ? Maintain accurate records. ? Monitor inventory levels ensuring products are available for orders. ? Conduct regular daily cycle counts and participate in periodic physical inventory. ? Research fulfillment issues. Qualifications ? Must be at least 18 years of age ? High school diploma or equivalent. ? Must be able to operate an electric folk lift/pallet jack. ? Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and shipping software. ? Strong knowledge of the bill of lading process and various forms that are used and required by freight carriers. ? Knowledge of food safety regulations and GMPs preferred. 2 + years of relevant Shipping or Warehouse experience, preferably in food manufacturing. ? 2 + years working with ERP systems and/or Inventory management experience. Physical Requirements ? Must be able to stand/work on your feet for long periods of time. ? Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs.
