*High School Diploma / GED preferred. *Clean driving record ! *Experience operating agricultural equipment or fertilizer spreaders is highly preferred. *Knowledge of warehousing equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks). *Understanding of fertilizer blending, weighing, and application techniques. *Strong communication skills for interacting with dispatchers, supervisors, and farmers. *Must be able to work indoors/outdoors in various weather and conditions. Such as extreme cold/heat, noise, dust, vibration. Be able to stand extended periods of time and lift to 50 lbs. regularly *Operate fertilizer spreaders, tenders, and agricultural application equipment *Calibrate spreading equipment *Navigate fields accurately using GPS guidance systems and field maps. *Transport products and materials securely *Load and unload merchandise and receive and process incoming orders *Manage inventory counts *Follow strict safety precautions. Wearing PPE is required. *Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment *Provide excellent customer service *Maintain prompt and regular attendance
