In this leadership role, youll oversee the daily operations of a residential home, mentor and develop your team, and help create a safe, person-centered environment where people we support can thrive. Oversee the day-to-day operations of a residential home while ensuring high-quality, person-centered services. Supervise, coach, and develop the Assistant Residential Manager and Direct Support Professionals to promote teamwork and professional growth. Coordinate staffing schedules and ensure appropriate coverage to meet the needs of people we support. Support people we support in achieving their personal goals, building independence, and participating in their communities. Ensure compliance with OPWDD regulations, agency policies, documentation requirements, and safety standards. Monitor program budgets, site maintenance, vehicle records, and required operational reports. Collaborate with nursing staff, families, clinical team members, and community partners to ensure quality services. Participate in hiring, onboarding, staff development, and performance evaluations. Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive environment for people we support and employees.
