Key Responsibilities
- Supervise production employees, monitor productivity, and manage daily workflow.
- Train, coach, and support employees to maintain efficiency and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
- Coordinate production schedules to meet customer demands.
- Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and promote teamwork.
- Monitor employee attendance, scheduling, and payroll records.
- Utilize laundry management systems to track production and inventory.
- Communicate effectively with employees, management, and other departments.
- Report equipment issues and safety concerns to management.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required).
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees in both languages.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Basic computer skills and experience with scheduling or payroll systems preferred.
