Clare County Senior Services has an immediate job opening at the Harrison Senior Dining Center for a part-time Kitchen Assistant. Job hours and duties include the following but not limited to:
- 30 hours per week starting at 6:30 am.
- Assist with daily food preparation.
- Follow directions in food preparation, accurately measuring and cooking per recipes.
- Assist with preparing and packaging for home delivered meals.
- Setting up and serving congregate meals.
- Cleaning duties include all areas; kitchen, dining room, bathrooms, and storage areas.
- Must be willing to wash dishes.
- Clean and sanitize all surfaces.
- Sweep and mop.
- Prep dishes for dishwasher.
- Load and unload dishwasher.
- Keep restrooms sanitized, cleaning toilets, urinals, sinks, sweeping and mopping floors.
