Company Description We're partnering with Quant, a global leader in programmable money and blockchain-powered financial infrastructure, to hire a Lead Site Reliability Engineer (Blockchain) that will be based in NYCMidtown Manhattan.

You will serve as the highest technical escalation point across a mission-critical blockchain platform underpinning The Clearing House's On-Chain Money Initiative, a next-generation payments network expected to launch in 2027. - Act as the senior technical escalation point for complex production incidents across blockchain and platform infrastructure.
- Lead reliability engineering practices, including incident management, root cause analysis, postmortems, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Define and co-own SLOs, SLIs, error budgets, and release-gating standards.
- Design and improve monitoring, observability, alerting, and operational tooling.
- Partner with engineering teams to improve platform resilience, scalability, and performance.
- Drive infrastructure automation through Infrastructure-as-Code and platform engineering best practices.
- Develop and maintain operational runbooks, standards, and technical documentation.
- Mentor engineers and elevate operational maturity across the organization.
