BUILD BRIDGES TO SUCCESS
At Children's Home Society of Florida (CHS), we believe the earliest years of life hold the greatest opportunity to shape a child's future.
As an Infant Toddler Development Specialist, you'll help infants and toddlers reach critical developmental milestones while empowering families with the knowledge, skills, and support they need to help their children thrive. Through developmental assessments, individualized intervention plans, family coaching, and community collaboration, you'll play a key role in improving outcomes for children during the most important years of development.
This is more than an early intervention role. It's an opportunity to change life trajectories by identifying developmental needs early, strengthening family confidence, and helping children achieve their fullest potential.
If you're passionate about child development, family-centered services, and making a lasting impact, we'd love to meet you.
