We provide hands-on training! What You'll Do As a Manufacturing Technician, you'll operate and monitor specialized equipment used to produce precision optical coatings. You'll work as part of a collaborative team to keep production running smoothly and ensure our products meet high-quality standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Set up, operate, and monitor specialized manufacturing equipment.
- Prepare equipment and materials for production.
- Carefully handle and prepare precision glass components for coating.
- Monitor production processes and identify potential issues.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Perform routine equipment cleaning and basic preventative maintenance.
- Assist with identifying and resolving equipment or production issues.
- Collaborate with teammates to maintain efficient production and support continuous improvement.
