No weekends or nights! Looking for committed and loving individuals to assist in our classrooms. Experience is preferred, but it isn't necessary; if you're a good fit at our school, we will teach you everything you need to know.
At CDCW, being responsible, taking pride in what you do, and being a team player are extremely important. Please review the following to ensure our core values align with yours.
Responsibility- I show up every day for the children and for my team. I am committed to keeping the children in my care safe. I believe in adding to my team by being an active and positive participant.
Integrity- I do the right thing, even when no one is watching.
Flexibility - I am not afraid to take risks and to try something new as long as my team supports me.
Fun- I love to have FUN! It makes me feel good when I inspire fun and creativity in others.
Growth- I value professional growth. I have drive and a willingness to learn!
Grit- I know that no job is "perfect". I understand that there will be moments of doubt, but as long as I believe in the mission of the company, I am willing to ask for help in those moments to help see me through.
Part time hours are usually offered 1PM/2PM- 6PM (and 5:30PM on Fridays).
Lots of opportunity for growth!
