Find Your Place on Our Team Back of House - Kitchen Team Members Prepare quality food, keep the kitchen organized, and help the team deliver great service. We're hiring adults for both full-time and part-time kitchen positions, with opportunities on our opening, mid, and closing shifts.
Opening Shift: 5:00 AM–2:00 PM Prefer starting your workday early and finishing in the afternoon? This shift offers a consistent morning schedule and the chance to be part of the team that gets the kitchen ready for the day.
Other available shifts include:
- Mid-shift: Approximately 10:00 AM–8:00 PM (homeschoolers age 16 and up with flexible availability could work this role)
- Closing shift: 2:00 PM–11:00 PM
Front of House - Cashiers & Guest Experience Team Members Welcome guests, take orders, serve food, and help create the kind of experience that makes people want to come back. Our current Front of House hiring needs are focused on adults seeking full-time employment with dependable availability.
Pay Rates
Back of House and Front of House positions:
- $11-14/hr: Students age 16 and up
- $15/hour: Adults working fewer than 30 hours per week.
- $16/hour: Adults working 30 or more hours per week.
- $17/hour: Adults working 30 or more hours per week who are available to work any day and any shift.
Your hourly rate is based on your weekly availability and the schedule you can commit to. Schedule Requirements
- At least two Saturdays per month are required for all team members.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Applicants must be able to consistently meet the schedule requirements for their position.
We are looking for people who want Chick-fil-A to be their primary job, not a second job alongside one or more other jobs. Applicants currently working two or more jobs will not be considered for these openings.
