Responsibilities:
- Prepare food safely and efficiently according to Chick-fil-A standards
- Work multiple kitchen stations such as prep, breading, machines, and boards
- Ensure food quality, freshness, and presentation standards are met
- Keep kitchen areas clean, stocked, and organized throughout the shift
- Assist with packaging orders accurately for dine-in, carry-out, and catering
- Support team members and leadership during busy periods
- Help with opening or closing responsibilities based on shift assigned
- Maintain a positive attitude and strong sense of teamwork
Shift Availability:
- Full-Time and Part-Time positions available
- Day Shift and Evening Shift Availability
- Friday and Saturday availability required
Qualifications:
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment while staying detail-oriented
- Dependable, coachable, and team-focused
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
