What does a shift at Chick-fil-A as a Team Member look like? As a Back of House (BOH) Breading Team Member at Chick-fil-A, your day starts with a team huddle to set goals, followed by prepping the kitchen for a safe, quality, and efficient guest experience. You will prepare and bread chicken products with care and consistency. You’ll engage with other team members during busy Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner rushes, non peak periods, ensuring accuracy, and delivering incredible service. Between preparing and serving, you’ll maintain a spotless restaurant and equipment, and collaborate with your team to keep the pace lightning-fast and friendly.
Position Type:
- Full-time or Part-time positions available
Hours:
- Day shift works between the hours of 5:45am-5pm with flexible scheduling
- Night shift works between the hours of 2pm-11pm with flexible scheduling
Back of House Breading Team Member Responsibilities:
- Smile, create and maintain eye contact
- Speak kindly
- Make emotional connections with guests when entering the front
- Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the restaurant
- Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
- Work on their feet for several hours at a time
- Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Provide a clean and safe environment for guests and other team members
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Consistency and reliability; MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK FRIDAYS & SATURDAYS
