The Opportunity: Lead Shifts. Drive the Scoreboard. We are looking for a high-energy Performance and Metric Tracker Coordinator to join our leadership team. In our Restaurant, Coordinators spend the majority of their week leading fast-paced shifts alongside our team, while owning one critical focus area that supports our Restaurant Directors: Visual Performance Tracking. We believe a team can't win the game if they can't see the scoreboard. You will be the tactical owner of our visual management boards, making sure our speed, accuracy, and guest satisfaction metrics are updated, visible, and celebrated every single day.
What You Will Own (Your Focus Area):
- Daily Scoreboard Updates: Pull yesterday's and mid-shift operational numbers provided by the Directors (Speed of Service, Customer Experience scores, Food Waste) and physically update our Front-of-House and Back-of-House visual goalboards before peak rushes.
- Shift Contest Execution: Run the ground game for team contests - tracking progress on the board in real time and handing out shift rewards when the team hits the target.
- Team Recognition & Milestones: Own the breakroom "Shout-Out" wall, ensuring peer-to-peer recognition cards are stocked, posted, and that every team member's birthday and work anniversary is celebrated on time.
Your Daily Shift Leadership Duties:
- Lead zones on the floor during peak breakfast, lunch, or dinner rushes while maintaining high hospitality and speed standards.
- Execute pre-shift huddles to point the team toward the daily metric on the board.
- Support the Operations Director by keeping the team aligned, energized, and focused on the goal of the day.
