Chicago Parts & Sound (CPS) was founded in 1978 to provide value added products and services to car dealerships.
Since 1978, Chicago Parts and Sound has been helping car dealerships improve profitability by providing value added products and services. This in turn allows dealerships to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction. CPS has developed a unique business in driving the sale of OEM accessories through franchised dealers. This success has resulted in CPS achieving a greater relationship with Ford Motor Company as an exclusive distributor and representative of Ford’s Genuine and Licensed Accessories.
CPS is no longer just a parts distributor, we also provide a solid and dependable service. In fact, providing a quality service is our top priority. We are equipped and experienced to take care of our customers via our fleet of over 70 delivery vehicles and over 220 employees. Plus, we have 24-7 on-line support along with extended service hours staffed with experienced consultants .
In the end, everything we do is to ensure happy, profitable customers. Our business succeeds when you succeed.
