Chem Penn LLC is a refrigerant packaging/Manufacturing company. We have an immediate need for a warehouse associate at our manufacturing unit in Bensalem, PA. We are looking for individuals with solid work histories and the ability to work as a team member. Previous warehouse experience is preferred. The successful candidate will be trained in various areas of warehouse operations. Essential Functions: 1. Place orders neatly in the staging area. 2. Meets or exceeds the company's productivity rate standards. 3. Follows all special instructions for products. 4. Returns all mis-packed and over-picked items back into stock, as directed by the supervisor. 5. Corrects mis-picked orders for packers, as directed by supervisor. 6. Assist with unloading incoming shipments, from time-to-time, as directed by supervisor. 7. Reports out-of-stock and inventory problems to the supervisor. 8. Perform cycle counts as required. 9. Required to perform year-end inventory counts. 10. Safely drives and maintains forklifts and pump jacks. 11. Keeps work area and aisles clean, disposing of trash and cardboard according to company procedures. 12. Compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements. 13. Performs other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications/Requirements 1. High School Graduate or equivalent 2. Previous warehouse experience preferred. 3. Must be at least 18 years old. 4. Ability to perform basic math skills. 5. Ability to read and write in English. 6. Ability to operate forklifts properly and use a hand truck. 7. Ability to perform basic weighing operations. Physical Requirements 1. Standing and/or walking 8 hours a day 2. Bending, twisting, reaching (frequently) 3. Exposure to varying temperatures and environments within the warehouse.
