As a Registered Behavior Therapist, you will:
- Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy to individuals with autism and related disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet clients' unique needs and goals
- Collaborate with families and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support
- Conduct assessments and behavioral interventions to promote skill acquisition and reduction of problem behaviors
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans
Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch ABA therapy services to clients in their homes and communities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and families
- Conduct assessments to identify client needs and develop targeted interventions
- Implement and monitor behavioral interventions to promote skill acquisition and reduce problem behaviors
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans
Requirements
- Currently credentialed as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or eligible to become certified within 6 months
- 1 year of experience working with individuals with autism and related disorders
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
