# Sales Representative Pay: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year Job Type: Full-time Work Location: Durham, NC and Charlotte, NC Who Were Looking For Sales-driven professionals. - Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license. ## Qualifications Requirements: - One-year certificate from a college or technical school; or one to two years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. - Must have a valid North Carolina drivers license with a good driving record. - ABC permit or eligibility. - Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 160 pounds. ## Responsibilities The Sales Representative sells beverages and similar products to convenience and grocery stores, on-premise accounts in the assigned area, and similar accounts by performing the following duties: - Account Management and Customer Relations - Maintain effective relationships with customers by serving as the primary point of contact and building good rapport. - Supply accounts with product by personally calling on accounts on a set schedule. - Investigate and resolve all customer complaints and problems. - Sales and Product Management - Maintain proper days of supply (SKUs), achieve price parity with competitive packages, and have a fair share of displays. - Maintain sales, distribution, space allocation, placements, displays, proper pricing, introduction of new items, and point-of-sale materials. - Ensure fresh product through proper rotation in accounts. - Remain up-to-date on competitor pricing and trends. - Obtain and use current POS materials from the designated POS area. - Compliance and Operations - Uphold laws regarding ABC regulations. - Conduct vehicle maintenance in accordance with Company policy. - Prepare and submit reports as required by Company policy. - Communicate and coordinate with the supervisor and driver.
