- Role The Gummy Processing Technician will be heavily involved in the day to day operations and production of dietary supplements in the form of gummies. The work requires physical demands with frequent lifting and/or moving of materials in the 10-50 pound range. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, vibration, and high noise levels.
Safety equipment and designated PPE is required at all times. This position will require individuals to develop high proficiency to set up, tear down, clean and operate the gummy equipment system and supporting equipment and processes. Must have a strong ability to troubleshoot and suggest methods of process improvement. Effectively take direction from Operations, Engineering, and Quality to execute duties.
