The Department of Justice (DOJ) utilizes CGI's Momentum as a core financial, budget, procurement, and asset management system supporting mission operations across DOJ components. The Momentum Subject Matter Expert (SME) will provide deep functional expertise to DOJ IT programs, ensuring effective operations, enhancements, upgrades, and cross system integrations. The ideal candidate brings federal financial management experience, Momentum functional knowledge across modules (Financials, Budget, Acquisitions, Asset Management), and a strong ability to translate business requirements into system solutions aligned with DOJ standards, governance, and compliance requirements. This position is located in our Washington, DC office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.
