We are seeking an experienced ACI MTS Support and Configuration/Development Resource to provide expert level (L3) production support, configuration, and technical development for enterprise payment processing systems built on the ACI Money Transfer System (MTS) platform.
The ideal candidate combines deep platform knowledge with strong analytical rigor to resolve complex, high impact production incidents, drive root cause analysis, and support the ongoing stability, configuration, and modernization of payment systems operating in high volume, real time and batch environments.
This role sits at the intersection of production support and platform engineering - requiring both reactive incident resolution skills and proactive configuration/development capability to strengthen system reliability over time.
