Search Marketing Manager - Google Ads Coordinator
We’re looking for a driven and client-focused Google Ads Coordinator who’s excited to help small businesses grow through smart, high-impact digital advertising. In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of clients and lead the charge on strategic Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Local Services. - Building, launching, and managing goal-oriented Google Ads campaigns
- Continuously optimizing ads, bids, targeting, and landing pages to drive better results
- Checking tags in Google Tag Manager to ensure accurate tracking and performance reporting
- Communicating directly with your clients - guiding them through their campaign success
- Preparing and presenting clear, data-driven performance reports
- Collaborating with Sales and Account Executives to identify upsell opportunities and support new proposals

Compensation & Perks
- Base Salary: $45,000
- Bonus Potential: Up to $25,000+ annually through client retention, upsells, and team performance
- Total Comp Range: $48,000–$70,000 annually
