Description
Cenveo is hiring immediately Experienced Envelope Machine Adjusters to set up, tune, and maintain high speed envelope manufacturing equipment. This role requires strong mechanical skill, troubleshooting ability, and a commitment to safety and quality. Pay & Schedule
- Starting at $26/hr + applicable shift premium (2nd & 3rd shifts)
- 2nd shift premium $1.25/hr / 3pm -- 11pm
- 3rd shift premium $1.50/hr / 11pm -- 7am
- Training is typically on 1st shift (7am -- 3pm); may vary by availability
- Schedule: Mon - Fri / Sat required during busy season/based on business needs.
- Shift availability is subject to change
What You'll Do
- Set up, align, and adjust envelope machines
- Perform changeovers, size adjustments, and mechanical repairs
- Maintain machine speed, accuracy, and uptime
- Inspect product quality and minimize waste
- Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and part replacement
- Install paper, glue systems, tooling, other requirements safely
What You Need
- 7+ years envelope machine adjusting experience
- Advanced mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of cutting, folding, gluing systems and envelope tolerances
- Detail oriented, safety focused, and reliable Physical Requirements
- Standing, bending, climbing, lifting up to 55 lbs
- Exposure to noise, machinery, inks, solvents, glue
- Ability to work in hot/cold conditions and stay alert around equipment
