Responsibilities:
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with ASD, incorporating strategies to address specific behavioral needs
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and challenge, and develop targeted interventions to address these needs
- Provide behavioral therapy sessions, both one-on-one and in small groups, using evidence-based techniques and strategies
- Collaborate with clients' families and caregivers to ensure consistency and carryover of skills and behaviors learned during therapy sessions
- Document client progress and outcomes, using data to inform treatment decisions and adapt interventions as needed
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy and expand your skill set
Requirements:
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
- Experience in ABA therapy, preferably working with individuals with ASD
- Strong understanding of ABA principles, including assessment, diagnosis, and intervention
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with clients, families, and caregivers
