Drivers must be able to create and maintain great relationships with shipping and receiving personnel at the customers location. Drivers are responsible for safe, on-time deliveries, and timely pick-up of back haul supplies and materials. Candidates must possess a clean CDL-A. Most of the routes are local, and overnight layovers are rare- drivers are home most evenings. POSITION SUMMARY: Key Responsibilities Adhere to all company safety programs and requirements. Maintain all required certifications required by DOT and OSHA. Use GPS equipment and keep electronic logs as required. Drive distances sometimes spanning several states, observing all traffic laws and safety regulations. Clean and wash truck/equipment, wash windows inside and out, and top off fuel tanks. Perform routine inspections.
