About the Job Care for a special needs 7yo as he recovers from hip dysplasia surgery and needs to stay home from school. Start date is 11/30, and he will need care through late-January. Hours are 8am-4pm, Monday thru Friday. This is a temporary position, but there is opportunity for evening/weekend shifts after he goes back to school.
Our son was born with a rare genetic condition, and is unable walk or talk, and has severe cognitive disabilities. He requires daily help with eating, drinking, diapering, dressing and transfers to his wheelchair.
Duties will include lifting and transferring him (he weighs 40lbs), feeding him snacks/lunch, changing diapers, and administering oral medications.Job basics How often: Full timeHourly rate: $25.00 - $25.00/hourWho we're looking for
