About the Job About the role We're a family with a newborn looking for a warm, experienced helper to support us in the mornings. You'll mainly care for the baby while mom rests or steps out, and help with meals and light household tasks.
Schedule
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 8:00am-12:00 p.m.
- Start date: November 16, 2026
- Location: New Canaan, CT
Responsibilities
- Care for baby while mom sleeps or runs errands: hold, soothe, diaper, burp, feed expressed milk
- Tummy time and play time
- Restock the diaper station
- Meal prep and light cooking
- Light tidying and dishes
Requirements
- Hands-on newborn experience (references required)
- Current infant CPR certification
- Comfortable around pets (no pet care required)
- Dependable, discreet, calm under pressure
