About the Job Looking for full time hands on care for my wife who is coming home from Roswell into hospice. She is bedbound and fully dependent for her daily care.
Responsibilities:
- Incontinence care and brief changes
- Bed baths, oral care, and hair and skin care
- Turning and repositioning every 2 hours to prevent pressure sores
- Hand-feeding and help with drinking
- Watching for and communicating any changes (pain, breathing, restlessness, skin)
- Keeping a simple care log, and light tidying of her room and laundry
