Capstone Logistics is hiring Warehouse Unloaders in Lakewood, WA. This is an active, fast-paced warehouse position ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work and are motivated by performance-based earnings. What You'll Do
- Unload freight from trailers by hand and with warehouse equipment
- Sort, stage, and palletize products for distribution
- Move freight safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse
- Assist with product audits and inventory accuracy
- Repack and organize shipments as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and productivity standards
- Complete additional warehouse duties assigned by site leadership
Compensation
- Production-based pay structure
- Earn $650 - $1,000+ per week
- Associates are paid by the truck
- High performers have the opportunity to increase earnings through productivity and efficiency
What We're Looking For
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding warehouse environment
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 25-75 lbs. throughout the shift
- Comfortable standing, bending, walking, and lifting for extended periods
- Team-oriented attitude with a commitment to safety
- Previous warehouse, unloading, logistics, or equipment experience preferred but not required
- Willingness to learn and grow within the organization
