Full-time, Contract to Hire opportunities available with our well-known and respected manufacturing client! Do you enjoy working with your hands in a fast-paced, goal-oriented, team environment? Do you like the idea of working no more than 3 days in a row, and having a 3-day weekend every other week? How about automatic overtime, every other week? This could be the job for you! Position will involve:
- Visually inspecting product for defects
- Manually transferring the product into packaging
- Preparing packaged product for shipment
- Preparing packing materials and making sure the product, packing material and\ labels meet specifications
- Keep up to date all job-related documents
- Understand and follow safety rules
- Maintain a clean, neat, orderly work area
- Communicate any quality or production issues to Supervisors
- Possess a positive attitude with other co-workers
Day and overnight shifts available. Full benefit package offered upon hire!
Requirements\ Position requires frequent lifting and carrying, reaching and standing for long periods of time; occasional kneeling, crawling and climbing.\ Strong work ethic; minimal absenteeism\ Ability to work a 12-hour shift; overtime available\ Two good employment references; Ability to meet criminal background, pre-employment physical and substance screening requirements
