- Greet guests warmly and provide professional valet service.
- Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely manner.
- Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage when needed.
- Maintain accurate vehicle and key records.
- Communicate with the Front Desk and other hotel departments to support guest needs.
- Keep the valet area clean, organized, and safe.
- Provide directions and helpful information about the hotel and surrounding area.
- Handle guest questions and requests with a positive, professional attitude.
- Follow all hotel safety procedures and valet policies.
What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
- Previous valet, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Friendly, professional, and reliable.
- Comfortable driving and parking a variety of vehicles.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
