Job Description
The Operator – Packing will run production lines to support the plant's production needs. This role involves setting up and operating equipment, supervising assigned personnel, and ensuring all packaging meets company and customer specifications.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Sets up and operates production processes and equipment in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
Supervises assigned personnel to Blend, Fill, secures, and labels containers, etc. according to company and/or customer specifications.
Verifies goods packaged against Job Production Orders and instructions and records data as needed.
May make adjustments to equipment as needed.
Reads and interprets Production Orders and instructions.
