C & F Enterprises

Culture:

At C&F, we are a diverse group of coworkers in every sense. People of different ages, races, backgrounds, career paths, job duties, interests, and life experiences make up our team. We believe this diversity fuels our core values: “Learn Every Day, Improve Every Day, Serve Every Day.” We all learn from each other, leading to improvement, leading to us being better able to serve each other and our customers. Teamwork is critical in our workplace, which integrates such a vast variety of departments and disciplines together in our daily functions. At C&F, it truly does take a village. We work hard, we build relationships, and we have fun together while supporting each other and advancing company goals.

Who We Are:

At C&F Enterprises, we are so many things. We’re one large company, but we’re also several small companies. We’re home décor, we’re bedding, we’re beachwear, and we’re holiday decorating enthusiasts! We’re entrepreneurs, we’re creatives, we’re salesmen, we’re fork lift operators, and we all play a key role. Most importantly, we’re a team, and we’re family.

We exist to make our individuals better by making ourselves better so that we can all make our communities better together.
