Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) We are seeking a talented and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team! As a BCBA with Butterfly ABA, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
- Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support
- Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success
- Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards
Compensation and Schedule:
- Pay Range: $85 - $95/hour
- Per Diem: Flexible, based on your availability
- Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
- Location: Union, NJ (Hybrid)
Requirements:
- Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives
