Brighter Gems ABA provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities in the Baltimore area. Our programs are personalized, evidence-based, and built around each child's strengths, so every child can grow in confidence, independence, and joy.
We are hiring full-time and part-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work one-on-one with children under the guidance of our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). You will see real progress, and you will be a trusted partner to the families you serve.
Pay and Benefits

Responsibilities
- Implement individualized behavior intervention programs designed by the supervising BCBA
- Provide direct one-on-one ABA sessions with children in our clinic and school settings
- Collect and record accurate data on client progress
- Partner with parents, caregivers, and team members to support consistency and carryover of skills
- Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training
Qualifications
- Current RBT certification (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some college coursework in psychology, education, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience with children with autism or other developmental disabilities (a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- After school, day, and evening shifts available
- Full-time and part-time options
