Join our Task Force team and bring your experience nationwide! We're looking for passionate, adaptable individuals who are eager to grow, travel, or stay local and be part of something exciting. We cover all travel expenses for qualifying roles, so all you need to bring is your talent and a great attitude.

Job Summary:

The Executive Chef oversees culinary operations for the Travel Task Force team, ensuring the preparation and delivery of high-quality meals that support traveling audit staff during extended assignments. This role ensures food service standards, health regulations, and operational efficiency are maintained across various temporary worksite locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute nutritious, cost-effective menus tailored to team needs, dietary restrictions, and regional availability
Oversee food preparation and kitchen operations in mobile or temporary kitchen settings
Ensure all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards are met in compliance with local regulations
Manage food inventory, ordering, and supply logistics across different travel destinations
Train and supervise support staff in kitchen safety, culinary techniques, and task efficiency
Coordinate meal schedules with audit leadership to align with work timelines and team availability
Monitor and manage food-related budgets while minimizing waste
Continuously assess team feedback to refine meal quality, presentation, and variety

Qualifications:

Strong leadership and team coordination skills in high-pressure environments
Proven experience in managing kitchen operations and developing meal plans
Thorough knowledge of food safety practices and regulatory compliance
Ability to work independently in dynamic, mobile work environments
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Effective communication skills, especially in coordinating with cross-functional teams
Flexible and adaptable to changing locations and culinary conditions

Why Join Us?

We pay for your travel
Work in unique locations across the U.S.
Gain diverse experience and expand your network
Be part of a supportive, high-energy team that's as passionate as you are

If you're ready to elevate your career while exploring new places, we want to hear from you.
