What You'll Do: - Set up, operate, and monitor snowmaking equipment across the mountain. - Inspect snow guns, hoses, and water lines for proper function. - Evaluate weather and temperature conditions to optimize snow production. - Safely navigate terrain using snowmobiles or utility vehicles. - Communicate clearly with the Mountain Ops director to coordinate trail readiness. - Perform routine maintenance and tear-down of snowmaking systems. - Other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For: - Must be 18+ years of age. - Is dependable, punctual, and maintains a strong work ethic. - Loves being outdoors, in the mountains, and being active! - Ability to work in extreme weather conditions such as wind, rain, and snow. - Can lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day. - Must be able to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays. - Previous snowmaking experience is preferred - but not required.
