Qualifications
What You'll Bring We're looking for a seasoned professional with a blend of deep technical knowledge and strong communication skills.• Versatile Experience: A proven history of comfortably navigating diverse, multi-disciplinary IT environments and the ability to pivot quickly between disparate systems.
- Technical Expertise: Broad foundational knowledge across enterprise storage, virtualization, Microsoft directory services, and network security.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: An analytical approach to troubleshooting with the ability to diagnose and resolve intricate technical issues efficiently.
- Core Requirements: A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of experience) with at least 3 years of relevant IT experience. You must also hold a valid Texas driver's license, have the ability to lift 50 pounds, and successfully pass an FBI background check.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience with Dell EMC Isilon or Wasabi cloud architectures
- Hands-on experience executing Bomgar deployments
- Familiarity with public sector or government IT environments
