CPS Attorney

Description Brazoria County Criminal District Attorney's Office has an opening for an Assistant District Attorney assigned to Child Protective Services cases. Our office is a friendly team-oriented office. We are looking for a prosecutor who wants to be part of our team. The position requires a strong dedication to children and families, the capacity to work and appropriately interface with various agencies, prosecutors in other divisions, and the family bar. The attorney will be working in family court with cases concerning abused and neglected children with a moderate to heavy trial load. Starting annual salary, depending on qualifications & experience, is from $114,768. Supplemental Information Our office pays bar dues, including the Brazoria County Bar Association, and the cost of approved continuing legal education.
